The Office Planning Group, Inc. has a planned maintenance program that is a combination of "total call" and factory specifications program. "Total Call" means while onsite the technician will check for any needed upgrades or part replacements which ensures increased up time. All machines are identified with a machine ID number, which allows our computer system to track all calls and schedule preventive maintenance.

We keep over $100,000.00 worth of parts and drum on our shelves.  Additional parts and supplies are available from Canon on an overnight shipping basis.  The Office Planning Group, Inc. has 6 local technicians, plus 7 additional technicians located within 2 hours or less of your facility.  Our technicians typically respond to Iron Mountain, MI area clients within an hour and a half (or less) time frame from the time the call is properly placed.
