Operation is simple, intuitive and its reliable design eliminates the maintenance headaches associated with other infrared safety systems.

POWER-TRAC IR's three-dimensional infrared protection sends infrared signaks from top to bottom and across closing aisles. People entering aisles, or objects left in aisles are instantly detected when the signal to the receiver is blocked and all system movement stops. TAB's unique infrared safety system even prevents carriage movement when people are climbing or hanging from shelving. Unlike other infrared systems that detect obsctructions only at florr level, POWER-TRAC IR continues to detect and prevent movement ever after a system re-set.

SAFE, FLEXIBLE AND SECURE

Primary safety is built into the system with the safety sweeps. Dual access controls are available for systems requiring access from either end of the carriages. These controls duplicate the operation and indication functions of the main operating end controls.

POWER-TRAC's battery back-up system is available and allows carriages to be moved individually in the event of a power failure.

TAB Open Lateral Storage Systems are unique filing solutions designed to accomodate a wide variety of media. Through the use of rails, posts and unit boxes, both letter and legal size documents can be filed.
